Twitter is a microblogging service where users post short messages called tweets. The service allows users to follow others’ updates, reply to comments on their own posts, and interact with other users through retweets, likes, and replies. Users can choose to share updates publicly or privately.
Twitter is a free service that allows users to send messages called tweets. These messages are limited to 140 characters. Users can follow other people who tweet by clicking on their profile picture.
Create a Business Account
To create a Twitter account, you need to have a personal email address. You can use any free email service provider, including Gmail, Yahoo Mail, AOL, Hotmail, etc. Once you have created your account, you will receive an activation code via email. Enter the code into the Twitter website and click “Activate”.
Set Up Your Profile
Once you have activated your account, you will be able to log in and set up your profile. Click on the “Profile” tab at the top of the page. On the left side of the screen, you will find options to change your display name, bio, location, and cover photo. If you want to add a link to your website, click on the “Website” tab.
Add Tweets
You can now start tweeting! To tweet, simply type out what you would like to say and hit the “Tweet” button. You can choose to send tweets directly from your computer or mobile device.
Follow People
If you want to follow people who are already using Twitter, you can do so by clicking on the “Followers” tab. You can also search for specific users by typing their names into the search bar.
Retweet Others’ Tweets
When someone else posts something interesting, you can retweet it by clicking on the ‘Retweet’ button. You can also retweet individual messages by clicking on the ’RT’ symbol.
Send Direct Messages (DM)
Direct messages allow you to communicate privately with other Twitter users. Simply click on the “Messages” tab and select the user you wish to message.
Change Settings
You can change your settings at any time by clicking on the ”Settings” tab. Here you can adjust your privacy settings, manage your lists, and view your recent activity.
